Cub Creek Science Camp
A summer camp where kids experience AMAZING things! 300 animals, 100's of activities, and endless memories!
🐾 There’s been a baby boom here at camp, and we’re so excited to share the news,![]()

🐣 Two of our emu eggs have hatched, and the chicks are already growing fast. They are named Lima and Mike. We have more eggs incubating, along with chickens, and guinea fowl.![]()
🦘 Both of our baby wallabies have officially left their mom’s pouch and are being bottle-raised so they’ll be ready to meet campers this summer! They are both boys and named Aang and Sokka.![]()
🐱 We’re also helping Rolla Animal Shelter by caring for four kittens who were orphaned at just two weeks old. They’ll be ready for adoption when campers arrive.![]()
🦔 On Easter, we had the sweetest surprise—a baby porcupine! Poppy and Spike are now proud parents to a baby boy.![]()
🐀 While not born at camp, we welcomed two new rats who will be in the small animal room this summer.

At just 4 days out of the pouch he is adjusting well and being cared for by Makayla our Animal Care Director. He is yet to be named, and will be here in the summer for campers (and parents) to meet and care for.![]()
