Paperwork for Camp on Campwise
At Cub Creek Science Camp, we understand the importance of your camper's safety and well-being. That's why we've made the paperwork process simple and efficient. Our digital paperwork includes detailed information about your camper, such as their history and medical records. We also gather transportation details to ensure their safe arrival at camp. Our unique questionnaires help us to get to know your camper better before they arrive at camp.
To streamline the process, we use Campwise, a camp registration and camper profile database. Every parent has access to a unique parent dashboard, where they can view their camper's information and records. Before attending camp, campers are required to have a complete profile and medical history on file.
Please note that all paperwork must be completed by April 1st, except for late registration cases. Families who register after March 5th are given up to 30 days to complete their paperwork.
