The main event of the weekend is our Celebration Banquet! Join your camp family in the Dining Hall for a Smart Casual dinner to celebrate 30 years of CCSC. We will have chicken, beef, and vegetarian options available but please let us know of any dietary needs - we want everyone to feel welcome tonight. And no celebration would be complete without cake! Following the dinner, we will also be hosting a Trivia Night to test your knowledge on camp, animals, and many more. Guests and families are welcome. Tickets for the Banquet will be $10 per person (under 10 is free) and can only be purchased before Dec 1st by RSVP.

Sunday
No formal activities will be planned for Sunday, but a breakfast will be provided for anyone staying the night.

Housing

Beds are available for any that want to be here for all the festivities throughout the weekend. Remember this is camp, you will be housed traditional camp style - in bunk beds! Please make sure you give us prior notice if you need a place to stay so we can be prepared to accommodate you. This can be just one night or both. We will be charging for housing, but don’t fret - we have a volunteering option where you can help with this weekend’s activities or clean up to offset the charge.

Transportation

Our camp family extends across the country, and even the world! We want to encourage all that would like to be here to come this weekend, even if it means they fly in. Airport shuttles can be provided Friday and Sunday afternoons to bring people to camp and back to the airport. Flight details must be sent in and confirmed with us by December 1st so we don’t leave anyone behind.
